ReviewReplyKit Starter is a downloadable digital product. Mini Pack is a manual fulfillment product. This policy is written to be clear before purchase.
Refunds We Can Help With
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if the files do not arrive, the download cannot be accessed, you were charged twice, the Mini Pack intake email does not arrive, or there is a material delivery problem that prevents normal use of the purchased product.
What Is Outside Scope
Refunds are not offered because the product does not include account access, auto-posting, review removal, rating guarantees, SEO gains, revenue growth, or custom agency service. Those outcomes are not part of ReviewReplyKit.
Mini Pack Scope
Mini Pack orders may be refunded or declined if the request involves review manipulation, account access, auto-posting, review removal, regulated high-risk wording, or sensitive private data that cannot be safely redacted.
